I was thinking about building myself a new system, and I had planned on getting an 8800gts or something of the sort... maybe wait up for the cheaper 8600's coming out later.
But today, I read an article about some sort of "killer bug" pertaining to the 8800 cards in which the cards don't render objects correctly:

Is there some truth in this? Has anyone heard news of a recall? If so, I think I'll just wait it out a little longer for a DX10 card. I'll probably wait until after there's more than a handful of DX10 titles out...
