I just built this for my buddy's mom. I was really surprised by this AMD chipset ( 690G ) and the onboard video ( DVI ). I was a little worried about running Areo with it but is did just fine. The Hardware rating in Vista was only a 3.0 the only thing that held it back was the onboard video ( ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 ). I think for a email / internet machine it did great, she was very very happy with it. I really wanted to go Intel but I had to keep it under 900.00. I may get this board that has HDMI for my home video jukebox. The main reason I posted it was This mobo is Micro ATX and I have never used one before, I think its a cool little mobo and all the vista drivers were on the mobo CD, it even saw the SATA DVD drive and loaded Vista in a breeze, no IDE at all.
