View Full Version : What a difference a case makes (Antec 900)
I ment 3400MHz 'typo' Got my Coolermaster Gemin 2 but not all that impressed. My PWM is hotter now! Can't even overclock. I guess those 2x 120mm 1200rpm fans are not giving enough socket airflow. Even with the 140mm 1000rpm above it :( Going to buy 2x Antec BB Pro fans which has 2000rpm's. Although my CPU at stock speeds is running at 24C.

Yeah it's 9x 378MHz = 3800MHz, factory FSB of the Core2 E4300 is 200MHz rather then your 266MHz of the core2 E6600. Also it is cooler my a ThermalRight Ultra 120 with a 120mm @ 1300rpms
Ah, that's right. Forgot they had the lower FSB.
Well got my punny 40mm fan and put it on my board stableish @ 3.4GHz again although noticed as soon as the PWM hit 91C it will crash at 84C at the moment, i think under heavy load it will crash as i am sure they will get hotter :( My 2 Antec BB PRO 120mm fans are taking their sweet time to get to me :(
