I am trading my PS3 for a Wii+extra Nunchuk and Remote+Zelda+cash.

My wife won't touch the PS3 and playing the limited game selection by myself has bored me already.

Everyone loves Nofriendo and I kick myself every time I walk by a Wii game display in a store. There are sooooo many damn games I want. :retard:

Never undertood the whole Wii has more games tehn the PS3... since launch I only own two titles for my Wii... Zelda and Rayman, might get Paper Mario but honestly im not that big into mario type games anymore. I look at the future outlook of the systems and there is far more on the PS3/X360 side then I see of the Wii, the Wii is just too group oriented and well I don't have many friends over my place often.

I don't buy the wii because it's an outdated stinking piece of dog **** that's been out in the hot 1 o'clock sun and it's eventually going to catch on fire, and also because I don't think Capcom and Konami should've had to have put up with all of Nintendo's bull**** and intimidations.

Capcom and Konami are so ****ing nice to even still support that company after how nice Sega was to them.

And Capcom was also smart and cool for supporting the Saturn more than the N64.

And Konami was also smart to send the Metal Gear franchise to Sony's systems.

Everyone needs to realise that Sony cares more for people and the common good.

Betamax may have failed in the consumer market, but in broadcast it is still a huge medium of choice.

We have like 5000 betamax tapes at the cable office here, and recieve around 10 more a day (most production companies record their spots to betamax...Betamax SP actually looks just as good if not better than DVD)

devs don't develop for systems that don't sell well. And seeing that people are selling their PS3s to buy Wiis, I doubt Nintendo will die a miserable death.

I am not suggesting Sony will fail at all, I am just stating that I am bored with my PS3. I don't need it for Bluray as I have an HD-DVD player which I prefer anyways, and as I said, nobody......family or friends...plays it with me. On the contrary, my sister in law picked up a cheap Gamecube a while ago and it has gotten much more use with every family member I have then my PS3 ever would.

To be honest, I basically agree with everything you said.

I don't think Sony will fail. They will probably be in third place in the console wars, but Nintendo was in third place not to long ago, and now they are basically running the show.

And I completely agree that the PS3 has better graphics than the Wii. No one with a brain will argue that. But like you said, what good are the graphics when the games aren't good?

Well if you think about it that Sony Rootkit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2005_Sony_BMG_CD_copy_protection_scandal) deal was a proprietary copy protection scheme that blew up in (Sony BMG Music Entertainment)'s face. I listed it because it was yet another failed attempt by Sony to try and control the end user.
