I know I don't post here to often, but I thought you guys might like to take a look and see what I've made for an external water-cooler:) There aren't really any "performance" external watercoolers out there, or at least any I would recommend to others, so I've spent some time, and took many of peoples' advice, and here is a working unit.

I've changed the case screws since this pic to brass

I've since changed the top plexi to a mesh type material for venting reasons

My lovely drain port!

In this picture you can see the new top mesh, and the brass case screws.

This is mostly what goes with them

In person this looks amazing. This first case is just a mock up case, my FAB shop promised me the next time around, the cases will be "mostly" right on:p

As you can see I have good parts in these waterboxes, and I love the D-tek fuzion! Use them for all my builds. Thought I would drop by and let you see this build and hope you like it. Also I forgot to mention there are 2 4" CCFL lights in there too, and at night the BLUE shines very nice. IF any one has any questions, please feel free to PM me.

Take care

Thanks for showing it.

Your IQ must be well over 200.

You're a lot smarter than I am.

I tried engineering but my mind wasn't smart enough and I decided I wanted to go another way.

In fact, you could start a business making water cooling solutions for people.

There's definately a market for it.

Especially with so many people not satisfied w/ the 8800GTXs performance who want to overclock it by about 500% (Exaggeration about people seeking 500%)

This is an excellent-well-made thing you got going on here. I too was thinking of creating an external system...but...decided due to room and space...I wouldn't want an external box.

Outstanding!

I am in fact trying to find a HONEST person who could review it and I have someone that "might" however they want me to put a thermochil rad in there, and that jacks the cost of the unit WAY HIGH, Hell, thats an addition 145 dollars right of the bat. I am going to make a few versions of my WaterKeg to cater to different people. Not everyone needds a triple 120mm rad, and a slightly big case. My next plan is to make 1 using a MCR220 rad, and a slightly different case design. I keep you all post as soon as I break ground with it.
