8600GT Release Date??

It was truck night tonight at Best Buy and when we unloaded and put everything away, I noticed we got some 8600GT's in stock from BFG. They are retail $250.... employee is like $232ish (somewhere arount that, I forgot the exact amount) ....

We already put them out on the floor, and I was curious what the release date on them was?? I thought they aren't out until like April 17th??

This evening I went to my local BB in Canton, OH and they had 4 8600GT's -2 from BFG and 2 from PNY. $249.99 each

even at half that price, it barely would be worth it.

The 8800GTS w/ 320mb is a much better buy... but that is not a "Consumer" model... its an "Enthusiast" model.... hence the reason BB doesn't carry it instore.
