9600pro pricing and performance

Im a currnt owner of a Radeon 9700 (non pro) is the 9600pro going to have better performance over my 9700 and how much do u guys think it will cost.

Not at all. The 9600 is a replacement for the 9500 (and a bit of a lesser replacement in that respect.)

Definately keep the 9700.

From all stats and specs the 9600 Pro should be a little slower than the 9500 Pro, but only like by 1 or 2 FPS....but Hellbinder has said that in reality the 9600 Pro is just a little faster than the 9500 Pro, (again, by only like 1 or 2 FPS), and I'm inclined to believe him over my amaturish attempts to read the stats. :)

Seriously, I am. I was going to get a 9500 Pro, but I'm holding off for the 9600 Pro now.

Either way, the 9700 or 9700 Pro is a better card. ;)
