VGA 256 MB HP (Hewlett-Packard¿?) NVIDA QUADRO FX1500

I have seen this model of Quadro:

VGA 256 MB HP (Hewlett-Packard) NVIDA QUADRO FX1500.

What does mean "HP"? Can i install that adapter on every PC's with PCI Express? or should i have an HP computer?

HP make NVIDIA Quadro and ATI FireGL cards...

Obviously NVIDIA (PNY) and ATI make their own too, but HP and Dell are licensed to make them too, its how they screw over system integrators and keep their prices down.
