what bios is recomemed,I have 1015,but can't get WIN XP to load,Once you have flashed your bios ,can you reflash it to a lower number says 1013 witout any problems,

Yes you can reflash to a lower a bios if you need to as long as your pc still boots ;)

Latest one is 1016. Try that.
