I have tried both 165.01 and the 158.18. 158.18 does not have the green video bug, but 165.01 does.

Where do you download 165.01? Is that the WHQL version?

Oh, OK.

Hmm, I'm not liking the new drivers, not one bit. I went from an average of 77FPS down to 57FPS. That is a 20FPS drop from a supposedly better driver. This is in FEAR. Very weird.

100.65: 77FPS

Only changed this driver or also changed other stuff? (settings, other drivers, ...)

I know! Well, I did use Driver Cleaner for the first time. Bad idea?

So, I restored the PC to before I updated the driver. And guess what I found out? I got 56FPS. Very weird. I think that 77FPS was an anomaly? But, I used to get 65FPS before. I have no bloody idea what's wrong. I'm going to try a few fixes on the 158.18 drivers.
