What is a good demo for a FPS'er game?

Guys, im really bored now, and am lloking for a good game to download, but cant seem to find any. Looking for a FPS'er or a good driving game. Can someone help me? I wish stalker had a demo, would love to try that game.

For driving, if you want unmatched realism and physics, check out "Live for speed" Be warned... the physics are so good, you almost NEED a wheel to play.

For FPS, I think there may have been a FEAR demo to try out but it's worth every penny.
