As for Crysis, Its a generic shooter with the best graphics out there... fine by me. In shooters its rare to expect anything amazing.

Back in the day a lot of games didn't have stories.

The ones that did mostly shared a similar story (revolving around kidnapping.)

A story isn't really necessary under certain conditions.

Also, Crysis is going to be good, any 1st person shooter that's traditional and w/ a new high-watermark graphics engine is going to be as good.

In 2007, the game I'm hoping most won't be delayed is Alone5.

1995 we saw Alone 3, 6 long ass years later in 2001 Alone4 comes out, hopefully the pattern continues 6 years later in 2007, and I'll be pretty damn happy.
