Has anyone ever had your Ebay account suspended?

I just tried to log into my user account at ebay, and found it was suspended indefinitely.
This is some real news to me, since i haven't used the site to sell anything for over 4 months.
I checked my feedback rating, and found that a user named ROLEXCARS had taken over my account, and then became suspended on the same day (March 20th).
Has anyone else had something similar happen?
Is this fraud, or something else?
I had to create a new account to even send in a complaint to Ebay about what has happened.
Anyone know anything about this?

never happened to me. I think its fraudulent, just wait for a reply from ebay;)

I've never had it happen...though is someone got a hold of your account, it should probably be investigated. His/her actions should result in him/her being banned, if he/she is going around and doing things with other people's accounts to get them banned. Not to mention, if this is routine, it would be fitting for his/her ISP to be notified before others get banned for this individuals activities.
