Dang, another board with only 1 IDE connector. :(
The MSI P6N Platinum (650i SLI) would more fit my needs, but unfortunately it costs almost as much as the 680i LT boards.
Will that ide connector get in the way of an 8800 ULTRA?

The IDE slot is 9-3/8 inches from the back of the case when the motherboard is installed. The IDE mounting slot is below the mounted card when installed so if the card extends over the IDE slot there would be no interference as long as no IDE cable was installed.
Hope that helps in answering your questions as I do not have the dimensions for the 8800 Ultra.

Thanks. I have just read in another review that the slot will be rotated 90 degrees on retail boards. It's because the G90 might be the same length as the 8800 ultra.
