I noticed a lot of people and myself even before someone pointed it out have been having an issue with the 159.19 drivers in XP/Vista where their fan option is greyed out. If I could remember the person's name and post where he pointed this out I'd give him credit but since I can't here is how to turn your fan up to 100% with Riva tuner, and even apply it at start up.
Go to www.guru3d.com and grab version 2.01 of Riva Tuner, and you can now use it in Windows Vista. For a full list of changes visit Here (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=1240087#post1240087)

Also since the guy who posted this guide didn't add this to the title of his post theres another guide that shows basically what I've posted. However he goes into a lot more detail with other options to I have bookmarked it, its a great tutorial/guide on how to use Riva Tuners advanced options.
I wasn't sure on where to place this, but I figured this would get the most results. I originally posted this in a response to another thread.
