I have been battling with myself for 6 months. I have wanted a DS for ages, but I just kept finding reasons to not justify the $129. Well, i gave in and my wife grabbed it for me in town. She grabbed that and New Super Mario Brothers.

It'll be waiting for me when I get home.

I love the DS. Definitely pick up Brain Age, Mario Kart, Metroid Prime Hunters, Club House Games, Advance Wars DS, etc.

Club House games is like crack. Bust-A-Move is great also.

I hope you enjoy it=)

I wish its 2 Castlevanias had at least been on the PSP instead of the DS, but thank God (and IGA) that the coming Castlevania will be on the PSP. So far that'll be my exclusive reason for getting a PSP this summer. I just sold my import turbo duo rondo of blood, so I hope to be playing the remake of it soon (which also includes the pc engine original.)

The 2 DS Castlevanias are really the predominant reasons why I bought a DS.

IMO, Castlevania games need to be much bigger than 128MB, so I was always unhappy that the DS got 2 of the series' games.

I wish they'd just make all of the 2D ones for the PS3, and all of the 3D ones made ground up or ported really well for the PC (and be more on 2 or more PC DVD-ROMs.)

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are making me wanna get one, but they're still too expensive for me. I'll probably pick one up around the holidays.

Mario 64 is ace... its even more fun than I remember it on the N64...

As for opera, its sold as just "DS browser"... they do two versions (one for the ds lite and one for the old style ds... I think the only difference is the physical cartridge size though).
