NV35: DDR-I or (G)DDR-II?

I was under the impression that DDR-II ran hotter than DDR-I at identical clock speeds. Hmm, perhaps not.

I think at the moment DDR-II runs slightly hotter (per-clock) because of ODT. When they finally drop VDD to 1.8V I'm sure that will push things the other way.

Incidentally, I believe NV40 is slated to use 2nd-gen (1.8/1.8V) GDDR2.

I honestly hope it has DDR-II, a 256-Bit Bus, and the clock speed is not lowered.
