Lock-ups with Mozilla 1.3 and nvidia driver

Hi all!

Can anyone reproduce the problem I have with Mozilla's automatic image resizing and nvidia-driver version 4191?

Works for me, driver 3123. I'm using Mozilla CVS from Feb. 27, 9 am. But then, I didn't compile the experimental Gtk 2 support in, either.

My guess is it's either yet another 4191 driver problem, or something with the experimental nature of the Gtk 2 "port" (quotes because it's not a true port, it's just another GUI frontend).

Seems that some of the people at bugzilla are tending to agree that it's the driver... try 3123 with your Mozilla to see if that helps. If it does, you've found another bug with the drivers; report it to linux-bugs@nvidia.com ;)

Yep, also works here with 3123 (although the resized image is sometimes not rendered correctly)

No, same prob with xft or vanilla build.

Before doing this, I wanted someone else to confirm the problem.

Ah, I see. I can't run the 4191 drivers (other problems with them), so I can't help you there.
