Do animated gifs work properly in this version? Check out the smilies on this page in Opera and IE and see if Opera doesn't render the animated ones more slowly.

Oh my,... the speed is significantly different, but everything else looks the same. IE took forever to load the page though.

No there's still problems with animated gifs. Sometimes they are fine and other times they are slow or super fast.
