Video Editing films...

Hello all.

Me and my mates were having a gaming session last night.

We were playing Test Drive unlimited (pc) and I was recording using my digital camera.


We have caught a classic moment but requires a little bit of editing. Is there anyway to replace what is on the screen. e.g he is watching the screen and instead of watching a car he is watching something else.

Is this possible. I dont mind putting some work into it.

i'm not 100% sure what it is you're trying to do but for editing movies try virtualdub (http://www.virtualdub.org/).

windows movie maker (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/moviemaker2.mspx) too is a decent basic editor

digital camera movie may well be mp4. nice quality but a bugger to edit. (in my limited experience ;) )

you can covert that to avi with mp4cam2avi (http://sourceforge.net/projects/mp4cam2avi/)
