Quick help needed before motherboard purchase

Hi guys.

I'm building a new gaming computer.
I going to buy one EVGA 8800GTX Superclocked or AC3, or similar.
One Q6600 processor.
I'll NOT use SLI, just one video card.

Please, just tell me if the Asus P5B Deluxe or Premium Vista will do fine together with the 8800 GTX.
Do you guys use this combo? Does anyone have problems with this combo?

I'm not going with the nVidia chipsets, since I've read in TOO MANY places about the RAM problem.

I'll do a little overclock, what is a good choice of memory fot these boards? (2 or 4 GBs, didnt decide yet)
Is the P965 a good choice for a 8800GTX? Maybe a P35 (I think its too early for this one...)

Please help me ASAP, and forgive my english.
I live in Brazil and will buy these components during my vacation in the USA.
So, I have to hit a good setup, since RMA's are NOT an option for me.

yes its fine, both are the same board ,the vista has a litle bit of flash mem onboard and a nice little screen to play with, get that one,
better to wait for p35 though.

I'd go P35 for sure. Asus P5K Deluxe

But what if the P35s have any issue with the 8000GTXs?
How can we know for sure if they will do fine togather?
