Yes, the 9500Pro is a really great card, very good performance for the money, nothing to touch it in the same price bracket :)
The Ti4600 will be slightly faster without AA/AF, but the 9500Pro 0wns the Ti4600 with AA/AF enabled :) Also, the 9500Pro is cheaper than the Ti4600.
Go for it!
btw, what gfx card do u currently have?

Oh you'll be blown away from the increase in performance...I myself went from a Radeon 7200 ( ~ GF 2 class) to the 9500 Pro, together with the rest specs @ my sig, and I was blown away =)
I can play Unreal 2 (demanding game, no?) with 1024 res and eveything at highest at over 65-70 fps...That's enough for me ;)

i have a 9500pro in one of my computers and all i did to it was flash the bios and now have it running at 330x310 just like a 9700pro but it still a 128 bit you have to find a 9500 with the mem chips in a l shape not straight for full 256 bit but any 9500pro flash it and you got a nice card

I recently put a Visiontek 9500Pro in my rig with an XP2100+ and it FLIES! Even the performance increase from a GF3 Ti 200 was amazing. Like everyone says, the 9500Pro is probably the best bang for the buck right now. They can be had for $172 (retail).
