Is Stardock available for Vista yet?

And no, not just 2 programs from Stardock, but the whole thing.
You know, Object Desktop. That big package.

And if it isnt, are there any other programs for vista that I can use to change my boot and logon screen? Tune Up 2007 works nice, but doesnt support all the good file types.

Hmm, yeah...Vista isn't mentioned on the WindowFX page. Guess the answer is "no".

Not all the items are 100% good to go but the major ones work.

Which ones are you interested in specifically?
