lets face it there is no graphics cards out there that can run DX10 games!

fraps doesnt work with DX10
a new version is coming that supports DX10
i know because i have mailed the staff at fraps.

this i what i got as answer:

"Unfortunately at this time Fraps is not officially supported in Windows Vista and is not capable of capturing from game titles that use DirectX 10. Our developers are currently working on the next release of Fraps which will include full support for Vista and we hope to have this version available in the near future."

what the hell..we need atleast 3 times faster performance that 8800GTX can give.
who wants to run at a sluggish 20FPS with a craphics card for 800$?

8800GTX is a ****ing demo card for DX10 no more

im selling my BFG 8800GTX for 100$ they are not worth more than that.

Just remember, the drivers atm are more for DX9, just give it a little while, we'll get decent DX10 support.

Crysis plays pretty good in DX10 mode. I have seen it.

You're not spreading the truth at all, more FUD. Yes, the DX10 games/demos we've seen so far suck performance wise but that's largely because they are also packing a lot of new features/eye candy in too.

I've got this benchmark downloaded, but I can't seem to grab any screenshots; they end up being screenshots of my desktop.

Hm.. seems pretty low performance wise.

I'm downloading now, will play around with things to find optimal settings
and see how my system fairs.

I think it's just a matter of finding the right settings.
