Overclocking question

I noticed the 8800 Ultra Superclocked came out.. I was wondering.. Whats the difference in buyin a superclocked and buying a Normal one and overclocking it to a superclocked speeds?

nothing at all if its evga or xfx , you can OC all day and they will replace it.

o , and usully a large price difference that doesnt justify the OC you can do at home
