One down, 3 to go. Closer than I expected though and with LeBron not doing all that well, it could spell trouble for the Spurs overall. Gibson still seems to be hitting shots and I was hoping he got all that out of his system. :p

Eh. The spurs played like crap and STILL lead by 18.

I dunno, the cavs better step up to the plate. The spurs have been there before. If the spurs start firing on just one or two more cylinders, this could be problematic.

Cavs dont have a hope in hell I think to win. They might take one game in a surge. but no way they win 4.
A lot of people felt the same way about the Pistons and Cavs, particularly when Detroit went up 2 - 0.

The Cavs played poorly last night. Their shooting percentage was horrid and they still only ended up losing by 9. If the Cavs come out and play like they did against Detroit it could be a different story.

The Cavs and Pistons have played each other before and last year the Pistons had a much stronger interior presence.

I agree, I think it will be a competitive series, primarily because of the perimeter athleticism of the Cavs and I don't expect Lebron and big Z to have 2 bad games in a row.

But, the Spurs were pretty pathetic last night themselves and they have at least another gear or two they can push up soo... it could be interesting.

Once the Spurs are firing on all cylinders, don't really expect the Cavs to be able to do much. Finley and Bowen are not going to stay quiet all series.

I just wish they wouldn't let those big leads slip away in the 4th. They've done that a few times during the playoffs and it makes me nervous.

I just hope it gets interesting no matter who wins. It'd be nice to see a battle instead of a blowout.

Yes they did. I thought for a moment that they were going to pull through, but then too much Parker/Duncan.

It was painful to watch. I hope the Cavs step it up at home. I don't care who ultimately wins but at least make it interesting.

Yea, last night was terrible.

The only time the Cavs had a run was when the Spurs pulled out most of their good players(being nearly 30 points ahead ahead at the time). It was fun to see the Cavs finally get a few shots in, but there is no way in hell they could have pulled out of a 30 point deficit.

I'm like you though. I wish it was at least close. Cavs/Pistons matchup were the most entertaining thus far.

I'm going to watch this game up until halftime tonight. If the Spurs are up by over 10 or more, I'm not watching the rest of that game or the next. I can't bare to watch the beatings any longer. :(

Go Cavs. :o

I hate basketball now. :(

LOL....I was able to catch the game from the middle of the second quarter. I like playing ball much more than watching it on tv..andthat's what I was doing.

This series bites. Lebron was fouled and the ref did not even call it.:thumbdwn:

What made it even worse is that the ref was standing right there.

yep... EVERYONE saw it was a foul. Hell, I bet you could walk to Bowen and ask him "Did you foul Lebron" and he would say yes.

I know throughout all NBA games there are fouls that refs simply miss or just do not call to keep the game moving, but this was 5 seconds left in the game. Bowen was TRYING to foul so Lebron would only take 2 free throws instead of a three pointer. Still the refs don't call it.

I'm not sure if I'm going to watch the next game.(i say this, but more than likely I'll watch the whole thing like I did last night... its an addiction :o )

Bad call at the end.

Doesn't make up for the utter lack of shooting ability on either side (especially the Cavs) in this game.

Fouls are getting a lot harder too.

Yeah. As much as I'd like to see the trophy go to an Eastern Conference team, San Antonio deserved to win that game. Cleveland played poorly and the Spurs played a little better. If the Cavs had ended up winning they wouldn't have earned it.

I'll be playing ball tomorrow, and I don't know if I want to even watch it anyway.:thumbdwn:
