Whats the best?

For antivirus I would say Kaspersky or NOD32, regardless of XP/Vista.

For spyware I still stand by an occasional Spybot, Adaware, and HiJackThis scan. Then again, I don't go running around to every warez/porn/Gib website on the net, either.
