Scarface - no textures in vista

I just loaded it up and have no textures - just wanted to check and make sure Im not the only one?

Any word on this? Last I heard (July) the texture issue was still an open bug listed in the release notes.

this probably will never get fixed, something about it using some older directx features that been dropped. no longer supported.
