I am back with nVidia again and it's been a while since I have uninstalled FW. Due to the control panel not working properly on my build I am using RivaTuner to overclock and change other graphics settings. I wish to install the XP Forceware 158.22, but I am unsure as to whether I must first uninstall Riva Tuner followed by the Forceware drivers. Then should I reinstall 158.22 and then Riva Tuner or do I just leave RT alone?

You can leave RT alone and just reinstall the drivers (don't forget Driver Cleaner Pro in safe mode, and preferably also a good registry cleaner, between the uninstall and reinstall). RT will prompt you upon restart to accept the new driver.
