Seems like forever since we've seen drivers. Hopefully we get Vista too!

To the OP - how did you find these on there and are there any release notes?

First impressions with my 8800GTX were not great as system locked up while in the control panel but since then it's been fine so i'll put it down to XP being weird..

Tried Dirt, TRL and SupCom so far and they seem fine. 3dmark06 scores the same. Still no working scalling under XP but digital vibrance is back for those who wanted it..

Strangely, 4xAA/8xAF seem to be on by default which I think is a good thing. :)

Let us know how this CUDA stuff runs.
I don't have XP installed anymore.

Does anyone with an 8800 use any less?

Probably not, just saves us having to set it ourselves. :p

I thought it was generally accepted that in game AA was better for performance. Is this urban ledgend? I keep AA off in the CP and use a profile for any game that does not support it in game. Should I change that?

No, but if you have an 8800, I would recommend 'Enhance In-Game AA Setting' to on. I always use this option. I set the AA in the game (if it has it) and use Transparency and Gamma Corrected AA as well.

162.01 still has video playback lockups with 7900.

6 months and counting and still not fixed.

Testing 162.15 to see if the same thing occurs.

Do these drivers fix the studering and black screenshots under UT2004?
