I went to Circuit City and saw what looked like retail copies of Lair behind the Customer Service desk? Can anyone verify this?

They are probably display boxes so people can look at them if they want to pre-order the game. I looked on their site and EB and both say it isn't supposed to be out until August.

Nope, official site went live a couple days ago. August 14th seems to be the date they are targeting.
