Well friends, taking large doses of vitamins can be harmful. it was proven scientifically that a high doses of vitamin A causes osteoporosis on a long time scale, so it is important to restrict the intake of vitamins to the recommended dose. personally i advice healthy people to have a pill of vitamins per week not more

With this,I think its safe to take a dose using a daily regimen :)
