I just finished hooking up my HD DVD player to my tv via an HDMI to DVI cable, the connected the HD DVD to a home theatre via optical cable.

I selected bitstream through the HD DVD audio settings, I popped in The Matrix HD DVD movie. The sound was amazing and was playing on all the speakers, except when the characters spoke, their lips move, but no sound. All the music and sound effects were working except the talking.

When I switched the HD DVD audio settings to PCM the sound and the voices worked, but only on 2 speakers.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Good news! I got it working, turns out the HDMI-DVI cable was not inserted good enough. After I unplug it and re-inserted it. The sounds came out 100% perfect. :captnkill:
