FSAA and VSYNC don't work in Vista?

Even when I use the slider to let NVIDIA do my settings I can't get it to make the spinning logo look any better. No matter the setting it's still jaggie and crappy.

I can ONLY get FSAA and other settings to work if the GAME itself supports it.

Is this VISTA and GeforceGO issue? Check sig for system. My driver is the latest GO driver I am aware of....98.15

Any 9x.xx Vista driver is bad, go to www.laptopvideo2go.com for modded drivers, the newest and best by far are 162.15.
