I run Ntune with the 94.24's and it gives me options or mb and GPU to overclock.

I have 2 7800GTX's at the moment and when i move the sliders up to oc and test it it works fine but when i reboot the system it defaults back.

Why is this doing it? I even apply the settings but no matter what i do it defaults back when system is rebooted.

Is there a fix for the settings to stick?

Yeah, I know it not saving the overclocks after a reboot was a problem with certain drivers. I'm not sure if they've fixed that problem yet or not. I thought there was a work around at one point, but I can't remember what it was. I never liked NTune, therefor, I haven't used it much.
