Vista 64, 7950 GX2.
No problems installing.
I noticed that it reset the multi-gpu/display option from Multi-GPU to Multi-Display. That kinda bothered me. I also get this nagging feeling that the system is more stable in Multi-Display mode instead of SLI, based on previous drivers, so I'm loathe to switch back to Multi-GPU.

I lost about 150 points in 3DMark05 with 163.11. Was using 158.45.

As long as it's not a game...that score dropping or rising means little to nothing.
What is that like 2 fps difference in a game maybe?

Or fps increases because driver fixes for games
And it is useless to post 3dmark scores because they don't tell anything about real game performance or problems in games.
And nobody cares about them

The release notes for 163.11 list the changes since 162.22, so it must be the newest driver.
Same broken vertical corruption as 162.15 and 162.18
Can't even view my desktop with any of these. They just keep getting worse

Why two new drivers?
Which one to use: 163.11 or 162.22?
What are the changes between the two drivers except those support for those beta?
Nvidia does make it difficult for us :o

Well, MS is gonna help Nvidia with their drivers I guess:
http://uk.theinquirer.net/?article=40913
So, MS threw NV a life preserver and made GPU memory virtualisation completely optional. ATI, which had implemented a dandy memory virtualisation scheme got screwed, or at least got what everyone who partners with MS got. Oh wait, I said that.

Does Charlie even know what he is talking about, or does he just spews crap all the time?
I know that he was mad with NV because they don't give him any cards or hardware, or, anything for that matter, but this article reeks of sower grapes
If this was true, how many posts would we have over the internet already?
http://forum.beyond3d.com/showthread.php?t=41991 read this. I think it's self explanatory
