why do certain programs automatically minnimize to taskbar every 2-3 seconds

certain programs: halo combat evolved, COD 2, novalogic; f 16 and f 22 lightining 3 demos minimize 2-3 second after being opened. I can reactivate them from the taskbar but they minimize 2-3 seconds again. I've tried reinstalling them but it does not help.

I have that also with Halo (both) and COD2, plus others. But mine stay up once maximized. Just confirming..I don't have a fix for it.

i get that from time to time, for me its rather easy fix.
