PCIE Frequency Q

What is the correct frequency should this be set at? Some say 100 others even 150. I have an EVGA 8800GTX sitting on an ASUS P35 mobo. Oh yeah,and what exactly does it do.

It basically throws more power to your graphics card, with a higher PCI-E Frequency you will gain a higher 3dmark06 score, you may also be able to clock your card slightly higher, i keep mine in 115 ..... ive heard any higher that 120 is pushing it a little.
