I have finally fixed my laptop stutter. I managed a whole raid thru karazhan last night and played for a total of 5 hrs with no stutter.
The solution was to set the desktop resolution to 16 bit color and a resolution other than the one the game is running.
Basically set the color and the resolution at a settiing other than what the game is running and it will go away.
Its a memory leak of some kind.
