3DMark06 Error

Uh, me again, lol. I ran 3DMark06 again with my clocked GPU and I don't know if it's the clock that's giving me this error or some other component but after 9 seconds into the test, I get a "Ran out of memory" error. Does anyone know about this?

Not heard of this one. Use something to check your memory usage while testing

I can't run 3DMark and keep my task manager open at the same time. Is there a utility that could do that?
