Is it me or have they completely forgotten about us? There are more x64 XP users than x64 Vista users. :thumbdwn:

Well technically I have the latest driver, fixed the BSOD for 162.18 x64 XP which nvidia has of yet failed to do. If I can fix it then there is no excuse for them still listing 158.22 on their website. I was referring to their support or lack there-of for this OS.

And in case you didn't notice my username I have an 8800 so i am kind of limited in my choices. Thank you for your suggestion though, even though it isn't helpful. I have had that site and Station-Drivers in my favorites for a long time.

EDIT: As far as x64 XP the scaling modes still aren't working correctly in 162.18. Sure I can disable HDCP to get it to work but I shouldn't have to.

reading through the release notes for 162.18 xp 32bit they mention issues from xp 64bit so my guess is that we will see a 64bit version very soon

You can get the fixed version from the website listed above.

The drivers sorted into respective OS's.
They can be sorted in various ways to find the one you want.

Ummm, yeah, thats great but there isn't anything newer than 162.18, so 4 pages (more like 1/2 a page for 8800 drivers) of drivers don't mean much. And nvidia hasn't even posted them yet, which was the reason for my post.

Station-Drivers is the best place to find new drivers first. ;)

True, but there are more 32bit XP users than x64 XP users. ;) And mobilenvidia was just tryin' to help, you don't have to be rude...especially since it's his site!

Rudeness runs off me lile water of a Ducks back, I'll remember to upload the next WinXP x64 driver a little slower next time ;)

WinXP x64 is being over looked, Vista x64 is getting more attention.
Plenty of new Vista x64 drivers, MS have started to phase out XP so expect the WinXp x64 drivers to slowly dry up.
Glad I skipped XP x64, and now happily run Vista x64.

Not being rude, merely stating fact. Naturally he would be promoting his own site. I have a DX10 card but I have not upgraded out of choice. I am quite happy with my OS considering x32 Vista is inferior to my x64 XP :captnkill:

XP64 is built on the Win2K3 codebase so XP32 being phased out means nothing. Win2K3 on the other hand will not be phased out anytime soon. So I expect XP64 to get fair support for the forseeable future.

I'm a beta tester for Vista Server 2k8 so Server 2k3 days are numbered.

No matter, there are a few drivers out there, just not many.
At least with XP x64 you don't have to trial many drivers to work out there are no drivers that actually work as they should :)

i'm testing it as well. What do you think so far? Haven't installed it on clean machine yet, just using wmware so far.

Lets stick to the real issue, lack of drivers for xp x64 pro and lets not have this turn into a flame war.

Nvidia is lacking incredibly on outputting decent drivers for this operating system.

Not sure if I dare to use them. The x64 162.18 betas BSOD'ed every time I tried to use the control panel. This happened to many others as well, so the fault lies with NVidia.
