Closing out its conference at Comic-Con, LucasArts announced Lego Indiana Jones: The Videogame will ride on to consoles in 2008. As with Lego Star Wars, Lego Indiana Jones will parody three Indiana Jones movies, Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Lego Indiana Jones will developed by the same team behind the Lego Star Wars games and feature the same style of quirky humor and familiar movie moments rendered in children's building blocks.

Seriously, I love LEGO Star Wars games. I'm excited for this one. :D BTW there's trailer for it at IGN and it does look funny.
Why do you guys like Lego <anthting> games? I can't stand them.

Flukerster?? :D
Seriously, you hate just about everything. :headexplode:
Everyone likes LEGO, just like everyone likes HL2... Even grey_1. (lee63)
Yep, the co-op is awesome. The Star Wars were great fun to play through with the gf and I'm assuming this one will be the same.
I'd love to see a Monkey Island Lego game. Would be a great way to ressurect the IP.
I saw the trailer, looks pretty cool :D

Hell, I'd love to see Monkey Island Lego sets...damn how awesome would that be?
Seeing another Lego game is good news...the Star Wars games were perfect, can't wait to see what they do here. :D

OOOOOooooooooooo..... I may have to check this one out. :D
BTW, as much as I want to play Crysis (like every other person on these forums), I love games with a sense of humor. :p

They are funny, easy to play, and i love platformer games.
It'll probably be fun but I would've prefered another "Emperor's Tomb"-like game. That one was way fun (minus the run from the tank part at the end ARRGH!!).

WHERE IS MONKEY ISLAND!!!
Seriously I think the time is ripe to bring out a new high quality edition of Monkey Island. I still remember playing the first one. Those were good times.
Who is the original developer BTW??? Do they still exist?

Most of the guys behind the Classic LucasArts adventures have moved on to form their own studios. Aslong as LucasArts holds the IP we wont see any new Monkey Island games. I'm hoping one they they will sell it off to Telltale. Would be nice to see a Monkey Island: Season 1.
@LycosV: There is another Indy game on it's way much like Emperors Tomb and The Infernal Machine.

Yes, I'm very selective and picky over a lot stuff. I hate both Lego games and the HL series. I used to like Lego toys when I was a little kid, but not any more. Even though I'm a huge fan of Star Wars, I still can't bring myself to play Lego Star Wars? Why Lego? Because it's the only excuse they have so they don't have to work on the graphics so much.

It's funny you say that. The PC version of Star Wars Lego was one of the first games to have SM3.0 HDR and actually looked very nice (Especially the level on Kamino). Pity they went back to the console port bloom for the second game :(

Hehe... Monkey Island... now that game was a whoot. :captnkill:
Great news! I'm still waiting for the Wii combined release of the two Star Wars games (I already own one of them for GC). The Lego series may sound silly, but they're actually really fun games.
Great games for me to play co-op with my eight year old son.
Exactly! Some of the best time I've had with my son is playing Lego Star Wars.

No, it is a excuse to release a game to younger players and it worked. Not all games are made for l33t players such as you.

I picked up the second incredibles game for the xbox: rise of the underminer. It works with the 360 backward compatibility, is kid friendly, and co-op, we played for a couple hours and were having a blast. The game is looking to be a little short in length, but I got it used for a reduced price.
