Were they having problems with the Unreal Engine on the 360 as well?

Epic put extra effort into the UE on the 360, in part because Microsoft actively supported the effort. Sony took the knee-jerk o-**** if we don't support them the ps3 will suck attitude and now are supporting Epic late in the game.

It's Aug 27 for PC and 360 still so wouldn't that rule out UE3 being the problem? :confused:

It could just be UE3 on the PS3 though. The CELL is probably giving devs more trouble than the 360/PC versions.

I hope the the devs get some real resolve soon with regards to the Cell, if only just to avoid blimming 360 ports. I already have a 360, it would be nice to purchase a PS3 and justify it's cost, and actually have games to look forward to than just repeatedly buying 360 versions while the grand black box just sat there gathering dust.

Your underestimating how horribly bad the design of the cell is for video games. Powerful:Yes, Easy to use:Hell no.
