The movement of that massive creature needs work done ,Nothing that large would flail its arms so quickly. Muscles dont scale up.

It needs A LOT OF WORK. It's a internal video but seriously,the animations,the collisions,the movements.......everything needs a lot of work. Looks good though

I remember back when Project Offset was revealed years ago and it looked absolutely mindblowing .. but today after Crysis, Bioshock, Gears of War, this and that .. for some reason I'm not quite as impressed. :(

Surely there's someone else who feels the same way. Don't get me wrong, it does look INCREDIBLE and stacks up well against the best games visually that are coming out in the future, but in terms of absolutely crushing anything else before it .. I just can't safely say that it does.

Reminds me of the Oblivion game engine... If so, it's showing age. Not too bad looking though. Yeah animations need work, the big monster was cool looking but fell way too fast and jerky.

So is this technically a 3rd person shooter or rpg or what?

in house engine and might I say WOW if the game really does look like this.... sign me up!

Oblivion looks like pong compared to this game. I've been following it since '05, and it pretty much surpasses Crysis in terms of post effects/lighting.

I was thinking earlier Id like it to be a bit more like POP ,The way it centered on the enemy during combat.
I want to do tekken style fighting in a game like this!!
Or at least have the choice to.

I have always been very impressed with this engine...I highly doubt that was an "internal" video though...More like viral marketing...Very impressive though...Can't wait!

They are all pissed off and having periods over at the project offset forums. They all think that we wont get any new releases or news for a year now or something dumb like that. Just be happy you got to see some actual gameplay, they probably wouldn't have released something new soon anyway. If they were and don't, then it's like they are punishing us for getting to see a leaked video. That would be a joke.

The trailer is a year old though.

Id rather say more like Dark Messiah, which is also a great game except the bugs with Vista.
I really love those kind of games.
