Would really be surprised if Hatton took this one. Either way definitely a PPV event to watch!

Yeah I cant see his hit and hold bs going down well with Mayweather. I think he could be totally outclassed.

Watch him work it on Castillo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSpqDxb8wPU&mode=related&search=

Word

I am not a big fan of boxing anymore because of the lack of over all talent. You may have one really good fighter but no competition for him. Any way I do enjoy watching fights with no-namers on ESPN. I have to admit, I do like watching boxing over MMA.

Does anyone know if ESPN still has fight night? I haven't noticed it in a long time.

ESPN still hosts Wednesday and Friday Night Fights starting at 9pm or 10pm ET. Sometimes theres some great talent and otherwise not, beats watching UFC though.

Sweet!

Yeah, UFC is interesting but I like just straight boxing.

I love boxing and the various MMA that they show on TV.

Looking forward to this one.

Yep, likewise. What really kills UFC for me is the poor stand up skills they usually put on display. Once the fight is on the ground, usually the showcase of skill is pretty impressive - if that's your thing.

Well.. UFC isn't boxing. Its MMA.

Boxing is the art of MASTERING the punching technique. MMA is simply trying to be merely good at everything. Its physically impossible to master everything without having less skill in one part of fighting. Boxers learn to punch, block, and move. Thats it. They do that day in and day out. MMA has to learn ALOT more than that. Therefor they can never master one art.

Yeah absolutely, there's incredible skill in grappling and ground game, I just prefer the stand up. I know a couple of guys who train BJJ at the gym and apparently find boxing boring to watch. To each his own I guess, heh.
