I just installed a PNY Quadro FX 4000 (AGP) on my workstation and found that both PNY and NVIDIA had drivers for it. I've downloaded them both (They're different versions / release dates) but was wondering if anyone knew which is better? I tend to go with nVidia's native drivers but maybe PNY makes better drivers for their cards?

Thoughts?

usually the latest is better. Nvidia is the only company that makes drivers, PNY doesn't make their own drivers.

OEM might do minor changes, like add a tab, or change a logo.

In the case of workstation "professional" cards, I'd always recommend the latest 'certfied' driver for your application.
