FIX: Vista ICS BUG (Winsock Bind)

If u are experiencing some connection drop u should read this...

I've been using Vista 32 since a few week and was facing a weird and random problem...

Hundreds of users experiencing that...

So... when ICS service is Enabled, after a few hours (can be one or eight... there is no rule...) the TCP connections starts to DIE and new Sockets connections can't be made...

Found that as a BUG:

After requesting the fix through the link below, i received it in my email...

I'm not having this problem now since I'm back on XP32, but thanks for the post. We really do appreciate the hotfixes!
