Redhat 9 + Nvidia 4349

Just installed Redhat 9(fresh install) and installed the nvidia 4349 drivers. When i go to startx, i get a black screen full of garbage. I have Read other post but am still lost. Any Help would be apreciated.

System:
Abit KD7-G
AMD XP 2000+
MSI Geforce4 4600 8x
Redhat 9

The Abit KD7-G is a KT400 chipset-based motherboard. There are currently issues starting X with AGP enabled on this board. For now, the current workaround is to disable AGP. To do that, add the line Options "NvAgp" "0" to the Device section of your XF86Config file.
