Bah, stupid November. I've finally got enough money to buy an 8800 series card, but it's killing me to wait for the g92. :c
Wait for it. Your patience will be rewarded if you do :)

If this really is the G92, then it looks pretty middleclass:

Yeah, because nVidia is too cheap to put a real HSF cover on it, instead they must use paper that was obviously cut with scissors in the middle for the fan.

If the FUD is to be believed we are just getting a revision, no new chip? Could mean we are at the beginning of nVidia's "lazy days".

I am tempted to agree with you,but I think with AMD in the wings and Intel about to seriously crash Nvidias party, they wont 'get lazy' but get better sooner.

How is Intel about to crash Nvidias party. Are you talking about the release of the X38 chipset or something else.

It's a ways out but Intel has said they will be throwing their hat into the High-end GFX department, however it looks to be more of a "Fusion" based integrated CPU/GPU architecture.

I didn't think that it was really that far out, that the Nelham's were going to have an integrated GPU on the CPU so like around 2009?
