Hopefully this will fix the driver stopped responding issue, but that might be asking a lot :) and fan controls that work for both cards in SLI.

Oh my god i don't know am i dreaming or something but this is first driver after 158.45 that dosen't stop responding when going to IE7 favorites.
That is more than a reason to keep these.

If that works for my system (re: Driver not responding) I'll be pretty happy...will install driver after I finishing d'ling the Bioshock demo.

You can control the fans on both boards... or at least I can with the 163.11 betas in Vista Ultimate - It's just a pain in the ass because it doesn't seem like it is but everest is telling me otherwise...

Just that you have to set them on EVERY reboot - settings don't apply upon restarting the machine.

This set performs the same in bioshock as the 162.22(atleast for me), so I guess this driver is more of a stability enhancer than a performance enhancer.

No AA and Triplebuffering yet in dx10 with these ones. And this had to be one of the biggest reasons for DX10 in UE3-games. I don't get it anymore :D

I tried Oblivion with the new drivers in Vista x86 - correct me if I'm wrong, but digital vibrance works in game now! I'm 99% sure - played the game with 163.16, updated to 163.44 and now the colors in game are a lot richer!


Framerates looked about the same - I'll try some more.

they removed HDR lighting from the menu

also added AA compability number 200 for Splinter Cell Double Agent
